Single shear

SUNPASS Single shear is mainly used for cutting non-metallic or semi-metallic circular gaskets; no expensive molds or expensive lathes are required, low cost and easy to operate; product specifications are adjustable, fast and efficient. The inner and outer diameters of various gaskets are cut by a high-speed reciprocating blade. Its production diameter is between 50MM--3000MM. The cut gasket has a beautiful appearance, neat edges and precise dimensions. It can easily and accurately cut high-strength thick gaskets: aramid fiber materials, rubber materials, PTFE materials, graphite reinforced plates, etc.
