Sunpass HP7 Composite Mica Board is a premium rigid mica board made from synthetic fluorphlogopite mica paper bonded with a pure silicone resin and hot-pressed under high pressure. Designed for continuous service above 800 °C with low volatile emission, HP7 targets high-end and precision heating equipment where natural muscovite or phlogopite boards cannot hold up. With mica content ≥90%, UL94 V-0 flame rating, and full UL/ROHS documentation, it is the grade of choice for ultra-high-temperature furnaces, precision heaters, and low-outgassing industrial insulation.
- True synthetic fluorphlogopite, not a coated natural-mica substitute — consistent purity and low volatile content batch to batch.
- ≥90% mica loading — competitors cut mica with excess binder; their boards smoke, carbonize and delaminate under sustained 800 °C duty.
- Pure silicone system — first heat-up may show slight curing smoke (normal); long-term operation is low-smoke, non-carbonizing, non-delaminating.
- Precision gauge control ±0.08 / ±0.05 mm — high yield on automated stamping and CNC.
- In-house one-stop customization — slitting, punching, drilling, CNC milling, edge-banding, curved parts, 304/316 mesh reinforcement — no secondary processing by the customer.
- Export-ready certification package — UL94 V-0, ROHS, English material test reports for customs and buyer audit.
- MOQ flexibility — small trial lots accepted; tiered pricing for repeat orders.
